CT police arrested man in connection to Gugulethu mass murder

CAPE TOWN - Cape Town police have made a breakthrough and arrested a 35-year-old man in connection with a mass murder in Gugulethu.
Seven people were shot inside a house in Kanana informal settlement on Saturday morning.
It’s understood that the victims may have been socialising in a kitchen when they were attacked.
Three other men, who were also in the house at the time, managed to escape unharmed.
Police spokesperson Andre Traut is appealing for the public's assistance in tracing Loyiso Matinisi, who is also linked to the case.
"While the investigation continues and the search for an additional suspect is underway, the arrested individual is currently being processed for his imminent court appearance in the Athlone Magistrates Court following formal charges."
