A couple had their dream marriage proposal in Santorini, Greece - but capturing the moment did not go quite as expected.

Before Kevin Arrieta got down on one knee to propose, he set up a camera to get a video of the special moment.

However, right as the proposal got underway an older couple unknowingly stopped in front of the camera and started eating a Snickers bar...

They posted the hilarious video on Instagram with the caption, ‘Our dream Santorini proposal accidentally turned into a candy bar ad.’

Thankfully the newly engaged couple could see the humour in the situation and want to invite the other couple to the wedding if they can track them down.
