Springboks make late change to squad for Rugby Championship Test against Argentina

The Springboks have been forced into making a late change to their squad for Saturday’s Rugby Championship Test against Argentina in Durban.
World Cup winning prop Ox Nche has had to withdraw from the team due to an unspecified injury and his place in the starting lineup will be taken by Boan Venter.
Venter, who will be making his 5th Test appearance after debuting earlier in 2025, was initially named as a replacement.
His promotion from the bench has prompted coach Rassie Erasmus to reshuffle the front row substitutes.
Jan-Hendrik Wessels, who was covering hooker, will now be a backup loosehead prop, while Marco van Staden, who usually plays a loose forward, will be the spare hooker in the squad.
