TMPD warns of several road closures in Centurion due to localised flooding

The Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) has warned of several road closures in Centurion due to localised flooding.
The affected areas include Rabie Street, Von Willich Avenue and Embankment Road.
The South African Weather Service (SAWS) has issued a yellow level two warning for severe thunderstorms for parts of Gauteng.
TMPD Spokesperson Puleng Motholo said that a low-lying bridge on End Street has been flooded.
"Motorists are urged to avoid flooded roads and low lying bridges, as we are currently experiencing heavy rainfall and to use alternative safe roads."
