'He spoiled us all': Warrick Stock remembered as a devoted father

Slain media personality Warrick Stock has been described as a supportive father who loved his children deeply.

Speaking at his father’s memorial service in Johannesburg earlier on Friday, Ethan Stock said his father was there whenever his family needed him.

The 40-year-old was shot and killed in the Johannesburg CBD on Tuesday. Stock, also known as DJ Warris, was the life of the party, as his son fondly reminisced.

“Whenever we needed guidance and whenever we needed advice, he was always there because he was the wisest in the family,” Ethan Stock said. “Whenever we needed anything, he was always there to provide and give us what we wanted. He spoiled us all. He was always nice to everyone.”
