84-year-old murdered in his Camps Bay home

Western Cape police are investigating a case of murder after an elderly man was found dead with his arms and legs tied up in Camps Bay.

Police said that the 84-year-old was found at his Francolin Road home on Wednesday.

SAPS Spokesperson Wesley Twigg said that the man's child made the grim discovery.

"According to reports the victim’s daughter arrived at his place of residence when she discovered his body with his hands and feet tied up. The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation and arrests are yet to be made."
