Baby in critical condition rushed to hospital after shooting in Fordsburg

A baby boy believed to be about a year old has been rushed to hospital in a critical condition following a shooting in Fordsburg, central Johannesburg. 

The baby was injured when his father was shot dead on Tuesday afternoon on the corner of Gillies Street and Mint Street by unknown assailants.
