The issue resulted in a 45-minute back-and-forth between the evidence leader, Adila Hassim, and Senona’s attorney.

Senona accused the commission’s attorneys of failing to furnish him and his legal team with evidence timeously, preventing them from preparing properly.

"Some of the documents we received annexures on Tuesday, the 27th. This morning [Thursday], we received another document, of which I’m not sure if I’m going to be cross-examined on or not. But with these practices, I feel I am being prejudiced," Senona said.
