Four injured in Doornfontein student accommodation wall collapse

Four people have been injured and taken to the hospital following a wall collapse at a student accommodation building in Doornfontein, near the Johannesburg CBD.
 
The front of the building collapsed after a fire broke out, followed by a minor explosion in a section of the structure housing an electrical box.
 
The blaze has since been extinguished, while emergency teams remain on site assessing the building.
