Run The Vines at Slanghoek Cellar
When: Saturday, 27 September 2025
Where: Slanghoek Cellar, Breede River Valley, Western Cape
About the event:

Part of the Run The Vines 2025 Series, this is the 10th event, set in the stunning Slanghoek Valley, 800m above sea level, surrounded by the majestic Slanghoek Mountains.

A family-friendly trail running event on working farms, offering scenic routes and a fun outdoor experience.
Race distances and fees:

3km Manzi Water Paarl Junior Challenge: Free for kids under 8 (adults accompanying kids pay R120) – Start: 08:35

5km Run The Vines: R150 – Start: 08:30

10km Run The Vines: R190 – Start: 08:15

17km Run The Vines: R220 – Start: 07:45

Table Mountain Challenge 2025

Where: Camps Bay, Cape Town, Western Cape
About the event:

TMC Toughie 40km: R1600 – Full circumnavigation, 1900m elevation gain, trail running around Table Mountain.

TMC Lite 27km: R1200 – Scenic route over Table Mountain, 1700m elevation gain.

TMC Baby 15km: R650 – Beginner-friendly, on the bottom slopes of Table Mountain.

Included in entry: Race number, conservation fee, medics, marked route, marshals, photos, timing, race village, race shirt, finishers beer.

Mossel Bay: Triathlon X Series 2025

The grand finale of the Triathlon X Series, this off-road triathlon is perfect for beginners and experienced athletes alike.

This scenic MTB and trail running challenge is part of the Karoo Rocks Music Festival, combining fitness, adventure, and community vibes.
