AKA, Tibz murder: Case against two suspects postponed in Eswatini

The two appeared in court in Eswatini on Wednesday, where South Africa is applying to have them extradited.

DURBAN - The case against two suspects arrested in connection with the murders of rapper Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes and his former manager, Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane has been postponed.

The two appeared in court in Eswatini on Wednesday, where South Africa is applying to have them extradited.

They are set to return to court on 12 March. 
 
It's understood that the two have been hiding in Mbabane since the murder of the two last year.

Forbes and Motsoane were gunned down on Durban's popular Florida Road in February 2023. 
 
Seven suspects in total have been arrested in connection with the murders, five of them appeared at the Durban Magistrates Court last week.
