Tshwane assures Bronkhorstspruit residents water supply will improve

JOHANNESBURG - The City of Tshwane has assured Bronkhorstspruit residents that water supply will improve 

Earlier this week, residents blocked roads with rocks and rubble, as taps continued to run dry in parts of the community.

Tshwane Utilities MMC Themba Fosi said the municipality is making immense progress in addressing the matter.

"We are appealing to residents to understand that the plant in Bronkhorstspruit takes about five pumps. So currently we have two, and there are three that we have are ready to purchase. We also have another three that we want to put as a spare."
