PICS: Long Street public pool reopens after months of renovations

Long Street's famous public swimming pool re-opened on Wednesday (15 May). 

The public pool has been closed for months to accommodate updates and renovations. 

The newly renovated pool has 'improved facilities and enhanced safety measures'.

"The pictures look absolutely stunning. It's a historical landmark. The inside looks retro and gorgeous. The comments on the City's Facebook post is positive and they are saying that pensioners go in for free... a pool is also heated. I think it's amazing, so if you're wondering where you can have a lovely swim, or if you want to have a lunch time swim... the Long Street Baths are back up and running... go and make use of it... it's a wonderful thing!"
