SESHEGO - Some Seshego residents have expressed frustrations over the deteriorating state of service delivery in their township in recent years.
They are among hundreds of people lined up at the Mponagele Secondary School hoping their votes will bring a government that will urgently address water supply challenges in the area.

The failure to upgrade the Seshego wastewater treatment plant has left parts of the township with dry taps for many years.
As queues at the Mponagele voting station in Seshego get longer, most residents are marking the ballot paper with long-standing frustrations over dry taps.
Crime is soaring, the youth are unemployed, and some are losing the battle against drug addiction in this township.
Aubrey Morudu, a Seshego community member, said that the lack political will was partially to blame for the township’s declining state.
"We stayed over a week without water. Water comes once in a week. And as a basic human right, I think that is terrible."
Meanwhile, Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF) leader, Julius Malema, cast his vote at the polling station after waiting in line for nearly four hours.
Moments after he voted, Malema registered his dissatisfaction with the voting station, saying operations here were poorly organised.
