Stormers vs Glasgow in URC quarter finals clash in Scotland on Saturday, 8 June

Despite jet lag, travel and injury - coach Dobbo is still 'confident' in the team.

Lester Kiewit speaks to Stormers coach John Dobson about their upcoming United Rugby Championship quarter final away clash against Glasgow Warriors in Scotland.

The Stormers are up against arguably the best organised defence in the United Rugby Championship (URC) when they meet Glasgow Warriors in the quarter finals at Scotstoun Stadium on Saturday, 8 June.

Glasgow have been warriors in defence, with their try line breached just 35 times this season.

The Stormers’ four defeats on tour in the initial part of the season left them with near irretrievable ground to make up on the points table.

They have lost just one away game since with great form shown throughout games.

The Stormers will go into the match without the thrust of Damian Willemse who is out for a few months due to a finger injury, but Dobson believes they still possess enough backline star power with players Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, Wandisile Simelane and Jean-Luc du Plessis to get the job done.

"Despite all the injuries and travel, we are still confident. This last few games are really tough but let's see what happens."
