Former Disney Channel star Skai Jackson arrested for domestic battery

Former Disney Channel actress Skai Jackson was arrested last week for domestic battery after an alleged fight with her boyfriend.

The 22-year-old was taken into custody on 9 August at Universal Studios in California after security spotted the altercation, per TMZ.

Sources told the publication that the couple denied the physical fight, claiming they were actually engaged and are expecting a baby together.

Security detained the couple and called the police, who arrested the pair.

The identity of Jackson's boyfriend has not yet been made public. 

The actress is best known for her roles on the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie and spin-off Bunk’d.
