Google Doodle celebrates wheelchair tennis with interactive artwork

What better way to celebrate the start of the highly anticipated wheelchair tennis events at the Paralympic Games than a Google Doodle?
Google shared a fun, interactive Doodle on Tuesday (3 September), paying homage to the event.

The wheelchair tennis events kicked off on 30 August with preliminary matches before moving on to the quarters, semis and final medal rounds.
Many para-athletes will take to the iconic courts at the Roland Garros Stadium.
Team South Africa duo Donald Ramphadi and Lucas Sithole are looking to rewrite history with a win and another medal for the country.
The pair will take to the court on Wednesday (4 September) for their bronze medal match against Brazil’s Leandro Pena and Mane Silva.
