KZN man arrested for murder of woman abducted on Christmas Day

JOHANNESBURG - A KwaZulu-Natal man has been arrested for the murder of a 21-year-old woman who was kidnapped on Christmas Day.  

Police said the suspect was the woman's manager.  

KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Robert Netshiunda said the suspect will appear in the Durban Magistrates Court on Monday.  

“During the investigations, it was discovered that the man, who was her manager at work, took her to his home in the Amaotana area in Inanda. The two reportedly had an altercation, and the man allegedly strangled her to death and buried her body in his yard.”
