KZN cops searching for 3 men linked to murder of teen

DURBAN - KwaZulu-Natal police are searching for three men linked to the murder of a 13-year-old boy who was shot and killed execution-style in the Amaotana area - north of Durban.  

It is alleged that gunmen wearing balaclavas entered the teenager’s home and opened fire at him. 

“Police responded to reports of a shooting and when they arrived at the scene, the body of a 13-year-old boy was found lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Reports suggest that the deceased was shot and killed by three men," explained police spokesperson Robert Netshiunda.

“The suspects are unknown at this stage and the motive of the killing is also under investigation.”
