Trump has also signed an executive order stopping financial aid to South Africa.
This follows white genocide claims by organisations such as civil society group AfriForum and trade union Solidarity.
The MK party has opened a case of treason against Afriforum in Cape Town on Monday.
"They are going to transfer it to Pretoria for investigation because Afriforum's head offices are in Pretoria. We have reason to believe that they were sending information using their computers which are in their head office in Pretoria. In other words, the crime scene is not in Cape Town it is in Pretoria where their head office is, said MK Party's Deputy President John Hlophe.
Meanwhile, the African National Congress's Khalid Sayed says some of its members in Cape Town have also taken legal action against Afriforum and Solidarity.
"The ANC in the Western Cape fully supports the legal action taken by Comrades Eric Kweleta, Phindile George and the Khayelitsha community against Afriforum, Solidarity, and other organisations that continue to undermine South Africa’s democracy and unity."
