Pregnant woman shot and killed in Woodstock

CAPE TOWN - The motive for the murder of a pregnant woman in Woodstock remains unclear.

According to reports, the 30-year-old was approached by an unknown suspect and shot multiple times on Monday night.

Police spokesperson Wesley Twigg: "Woodstock police responded to a complaint of a shooting on Monday night in Sussex Street, Woodstock and upon arrival on the scene, they found the body of a 30 year old female who sustained gunshot wounds her body."
