Norme championed on despite being severely harassed by passersby.

CapeTalk’s Clarence Ford catches up on the latest viral content with Primedia+ Digital Content Editor Barbara Friedman.

Australian YouTuber Norme has set the world record for standing still: 38 hours

He is known to his 1.2 million subscribers for taking on ridiculous challenges such as staying awake for 12 days, which got him temporarily banned by YouTube.

This challenge was just as insane, but Norme stood strong – literally.

Despite being harassed by passersby, he stood motionless for 38 hours.

“He was egged, he was spray painted, he was kissed by strangers… and he had to stand there motionless while they were doing all these things to him… they wrapped him up in cloth.”
