'The budget is not a political battle' - opposition parties react to Budget Speech

Opposition parties have criticised National Treasury for hiking the value-added tax (VAT) by one percent over the next two years. Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana made the announcement while tabling his national budget policy statement in the National Assembly on Wednesday.
