About the event: This is for the fun-seekers, boundary-pushers, and weekend warriors who love a bit of action without the hardcore training. It’s all about fun, fitness, and team spirit with Bergriver views and a festival vibe with food stalls and more.

Race details:

• 3-Person Relay – each team tackles a leg:
• 300m Swim 
• 4.7km Run/Walk
• 10km Off-Road Cycle 

Start time: 9:00am 

Entry fees and spectator info:

• R150 per team of 3 (No gate fee for participants) 
  
• Spectators: R20 per adult, R10 per child under 10 

Medals for all finishers and prizes for:

• best dressed team and team spirit,
• top three finishing teams.

About the event: looking for a fun, scenic trail run through wine farms?

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a weekend warrior, or just want a relaxed jog with a wine taster, this event has something for you.

Distances & start times:

• 10km race: 07:40am
• 5km race: 08:00am
• Relaxed run (any distance): Start anytime between 07:00 – 09:30am

Race options:

About the event: the scenic challenge as you run along the Great Brak River, whether you're racing or walking, it's for everyone.

Immersion Part 3: Secret Sunrise at Camps Bay Tidal Pool 

When: Saturday, 5 April 2025, 7am to 8am (arrive from 06:30am for headsets)

Where: Camps Bay Tidal Pool, Cape Town 

About the event: the final session in this 3-part series, this immersive experience combines movement, breathing techniques, and a nine-minute cold water immersion—all set to music. Expect to challenge your body and mind in a guided, uplifting environment.
