Putco places spare buses along routes to Moria to ensure uninterrupted travel for ZCC congregants

JOHANNESBURG - Bus company Putco has placed spare buses along routes to Moria in Limpopo to ensure uninterrupted travel for Zion Christian Church (ZCC) congregants during the Easter weekend.
For the first time since 2020, Putco is providing around 500 buses for the pilgrimage, which had been suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The company expects to transport up to 30,000 congregants throughout this weekend.
Putco spokesperson Lindokuhle Xulu said this was part of contingency plans put in place to keep the journey smooth.
"We have put spare buses along the roads to make sure that in any eventuality or in any incident, we are able to respond swiftly to ensure continuity for congregants to not even wait for more than 30 minutes."
