JOHANNESBURG - Operations at the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria have been temporarily suspended due to a power outage.
This is the second outage in just three months in the same court.
The cause of the outage has not been disclosed.
Legal practitioners and the public have been warned of another power outage at the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria.
This has forced the court to close temporarily, disrupting operations and scheduled matters for the day.
In February this year, a similar occurrence took place at the court, while a water shortage in the high court in Johannesburg abruptly put a halt to proceedings in the same month.
In a statement, the office of the chief justice said that all affected parties will be notified of alternative arrangements for all scheduled matters.
