JOHANNESBURG - Televangelist Timothy Omotoso is expected to appear in the East London Magistrate's court on Monday.
The Nigerian pastor was arrested in the early hours of Saturday for allegedly flouting immigration laws.
This after the home affairs minister rejected Omotoso's application to overturn an earlier decision by the department to declare him a prohibited person.
