[WATCH] EFF will not support budget 3.0 says MP Sinawo Thambo

On Wednesday afternoon, Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana will present his third attempt at a national budget before Parliament, sitting at the Cape Town International Convention Centre but, opposition parties say if mechanisms that do not help poor South Africans aren't introduced, they won't support it.
