Family of a 14-year-old who died in scholar transport seeks answers

CAPE TOWN - The family of a 14-year-old boy who died when his scholar transport was swept away by floodwater is seeking answers.
Siyabuya Mkhatshani was on a minibus taxi carrying 13 learners when it was swept away on the R61 bridge on Tuesday.
The vehicle and some of the bodies of the children have been recovered, while search operations continue for those who are still missing.

The death toll linked to inclement weather incidents in the Eastern Cape now sits at 57.
The Mkhathsani family has questioned the decision the driver made on the day of the accident.
Siyabuya's aunt, Nomahlubi Mkhatshani, says they want to know what happened.
