"The public will know after we’ve briefed the branches of the ANC, the ANC structures cannot learn about the process that affects their members through the media, it is us that must go. What we’ve informed the structures, though is that the decision has been taken," said provincial coordinator, Mike Mabuyakhulu.
Mabuyakhulu said proper processes were followed during the appointment of the new regional structures.
"The outcomes of the ANC, at times, may be welcome by some and at times may not be welcomed by some, but the beauty about the ANC processes is that it follows a particular due process, so I can say that we’ve followed a particular due process."
