Likhona Fose murder case: Accused Mduduzi Mnisi handed strict bail conditions

JOHANNESBURG - The court has handed down strict bail conditions for the man accused of murdering 14-year-old Likhona Fose.
Thirty-nine-year-old Mduduzi Mnisi was granted R5,000 bail at the Roodepoort Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
The teen’s body was found mutilated, not far from her home in Durban Deep, in June.

Mnisi is now under complete house arrest and is not allowed to leave his listed address for the duration of the trial.
He is prohibited from having any contact, directly or indirectly, with the witnesses connected to the case.
This includes the family of 14-year-old Likhona Fose.
Magistrate Delize Smith broke down the conditions.
"You are not allowed to leave the district of Roodepoort for the duration of the trial except to go and sign for parole if you are again released on parole."
Mnisi was told his bail would be forfeited should he fail to comply with the conditions set.
