DURBAN - KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) police have confirmed their preparedness to deal with various marches taking place on Tuesday, in support of the province’s top cop.
A week ago, provincial Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi made explosive allegations of political interference in police matters.
In the allegations, he implicated Police Minister Senzo Mchunu and Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya.
Since then, various organisations have been demonstrating and pledging support for Mkhwanazi.
