With President Cyril Ramaphosa having appointed a commission to probe this security threat to the country's national security, Mchunu, who has since been placed on a leave of absence, says he is ready to be called to take the stand at the commission.
“I am committing myself that when called to the commission, I will go there. Even if it’s at 4 o’clock in the morning, in fact, we will be there very early—if need be, a day before—we will sleep there.” said Mchunu.
