JOHANNESBURG - FlySafair has proposed the establishment of a committee tasked with resolving pilots' grievances amid an ongoing wage dispute.
Over the last two weeks, the airline has had to reschedule dozens of flights after its pilots went on strike demanding a 10% increase, with the carrier only offering 5%.
In addition to the increase demands, pilots have also decried the airline's new rostering system and working conditions.
FlySafair said it had put forward a sixth revised offer to Solidarity, which it has rejected.
