Van der Westhuizen shares tips to ensure you are getting enough rest: 

  • Short strategic naps (20 to 40 minutes)
  • Seven to eight hours of sleep at night
  • Create a sleep support environment with no screens, a cool dark environment, no caffeine, and a calming bedtime routine.
