Memorial service in Ekurhuleni to honour late journalist Tshidi Madia

Industry colleagues of renowned journalist Tshidi Madia will gather to remember her life at a memorial service in Ekurhuleni later today.

Eyewitness News’ Associate Politics Editor died earlier this week at the age of 42, following a short illness.

Tributes have poured in throughout the week from across the country - including political parties, the media fraternity, and the public - as many paid their respects to Madia and her family.

Reverend Mzwandile Molo, Secretary General of the South African Churches, will lead today’s prayer service for the late, formidable journalist.
