It turns out that staying up late on your phone is not only bad for your sleep but also for your well-being.

This cute youngster is going viral after he told his mom why he needed to sleep at 7 pm every night. 

“My teacher says don’t watch [your] phone at night… You will turn into a zombie,” he tells his mom. 

"…and what teacher says, you must abide by…”
