Body of late Ambassador Nathi Mthethwa back on home soil ahead of burial

The body of South Africa's ambassador to France has arrived in South Africa ahead of his burial on Sunday.
Nathi Mthethwa died in Paris last week by suspected suicide.
However, authorities are yet to confirm the cause of death.
The African National Congress (ANC) in KwaZulu-Natal is holding a memorial service for Mthethwa on Friday.
The Mthethwa family confirmed that the body of the late ambassador has landed in South Africa.

Mthethwa's remains will be transported to Durban on Friday.
A welcome committee of government officials and ANC leaders will gather at King Shaka International Airport.
Relatives will also form part of the procession, which will transport the body to the Mthethwa home.
The 58-year-old will be laid to rest in a special official funeral category 2 on Sunday.
