Despite the dismissal from her position, the party said Mcinga still retains her membership in the organisation.
The dismissal of Mcinga comes after reports of infighting between her and Shivambu.
The two used to be close allies, having been at the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) together before leaving at the same time to join the MK Party and then forming the Afrika Mayibuye Movement.
Mcinga has recently taken to her social media accounts, complaining of a fake plot being devised to oust her from Mayibuye.
In the statement, the party said Mcinga was canvassing Mayibuye members to form a separate new party and inflating invoices for party activities.
The party said it has instituted a disciplinary process for Mcinga.
