Gang attack in Manenberg leaves two dead, one wounded

A shooting in Manenberg, Cape Town, today has resulted in two fatalities and one person wounded.
Police report that the occupants of a vehicle driving along Letaba Road opened fire on the victims.
Authorities are investigating two counts of murder and one of attempted murder, but no arrests have been made yet.
Police spokesperson FC van Wyk said the attack is believed to be gang-related.
"Two males aged 25 and 54 died on the scene due to injuries sustained while the third male was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment," Van Wyk said. "The suspects fled the scene in the motor vehicle in an unknown direction."
