The National Consumer Commission has announced the recall of certain Isuzu vehicles and Ducati motorcycles.

Ten Isuzu RT66 bakkies are being recalled due to an airbag fault that may cause it to malfunction during a collision.

The affected bakkies were sold between 16 July 2025 and 8 August 2025.

Ducati South Africa is also recalling its 2018 to 2024 Panigale 4 models, as well as its 2020 to 2025 Streetfighter motorcycles.

According to the company, the recall affects 290 motorcycles sold nationwide.

It said that the rear wheel shafts of the affected motorcycles may lose their structural integrity, which could lead to complete failure.

Owners of the affected cars and motorcycles are urged to arrange for inspections and repairs at their nearest dealerships at no cost.
