In Johannesburg, expect the high to reach about 21 °C and the low to drop to around 12 °C, according to AccuWeather.
The UV index will soar to around 13 (extreme) by midday.
Skies will be a mix of sun and cloud, with a thunderstorm possible in the afternoon (33% chance), bringing gusty winds and potential downpours. Winds will blow from the north at approximately 15 km/h, gusting up to 47 km/h.
In the evening and overnight, the skies will become heavier with overcast conditions and scattered thunderstorms (24% chance). The wind will ease slightly to around 11 km/h.
Over in Pretoria, tomorrow brings a high of 22 °C and a low near 14 °C.
The forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies with a thunderstorm likely in one or two spots (55% chance). Winds are expected from the north at about 15 km/h.
