The body of a woman has been recovered from a river in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) as the search for two more missing people continues.
The victims were washed away on Sunday during floods in New Hanover in the midlands.
KZN has been hit by heavy downpours with an orange Level 6 alert with severe thunderstorms causing localised flooding.
The KZN Department of Human Settlements’ spokesperson, Ndabezinhle Sibiya, said rescue crews found the body on Monday morning.
