FlySafair puts Mzansi spin on Santa’s sleigh

FlySafair is kicking-off the festive season with a unique campaign with Santa Claus.

The airline is running a special holiday design on its aircraft with a South African twist.

Instead of a sleigh pulled by reindeer, this Mzansi-esque sleigh has a Springbok, a zebra, and an impala delivering presents.

FlySafair Chief Marketing Officer Kirby Gordon says this is a fun way to engage with the community and spread some holiday cheer. 

“We hope it brings a little joy, it is the festive season and it’s been a long, hard year for more South Africans. The idea is really to put a few smiles on a few faces,” Gordon adds. 

If you spot the special design, snap a picture and share it on social media with the hashtag #SantaSleigh and tag FlySafair for an opportunity to win R10,000.
