Addressing the KZN Legislature on Monday morning, the MK Party's Bonginkosi Mngadi said: “This is not a gesture of conscience but of responsibility. It is not about humiliating one man but rescuing the entire province.”
Mngadi said that the province, under the current administration, is failing.
