Orlando Pirates have moved swiftly to strengthen their squad, confirming the permanent signings of Daniel Msendami and Mpho Chabatsane from Marumo Gallants ahead of the resumption of the 2025/26 Betway Premiership season.
"The Club looks forward to integrating both players into the group and believes they will add value and healthy competition within the squad," read a statement by Orlando Pirates.
Msendami, the 25-year-old Zimbabwean winger, arrives fresh from an Africa Cup of Nations appearance and will add pace and attacking options to the Pirates' frontline.
The 23-year-old left-back, Chabatsane, is regarded as one of the most promising players in his position locally and is expected to boost competition in defence following recent changes to the squad.
Both players are set to join the Pirates camp in the North West once all clearances are finalised, as head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou and his technical team step up preparations for the league restart.
