Tributes continue to pour in for the late Congress of the People (COPE) leader, Mosiuoa Lekota, following his passing today at the age of 77.
Lekota, a prominent member of the African National Congress (ANC) before leaving the party to co-found COPE, had been unwell and in and out of the hospital for several months prior to his death.
Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) spokesperson Zanele Sabela remembered Lekota as a man of great integrity who remained steadfast in his service to the country.
