Police arrest siblings of former cop accused of insurance fraud in Limpopo

Police have now arrested two brothers of a former officer accused of insurance fraud in Limpopo.

Fifty-four-year-old Rachel Kutumela, her siter, Anna Shokane, and her niece, Florah Shokane, are already in custody.

They're accused of killing nine people for insurance payouts.

Two more of Kutumela's brothers were arrested during a police operation on Tuesday morning.
