The family of an e-hailing driver, who was killed in an attack last week, are desperate to have his remains repatriated to his home country, Nigeria.
Together with Nwobi attorneys, who represent the Nigerian council, they are hoping to raise the money needed to send Isaac Satlat’s body home.
The 22-year-old was strangled to death last Wednesday by a man and woman who had requested the e-hailing service.
His body and the car he was driving were later found in Atteridgeville.
Today, three suspects arrested for the crime, a woman and two men, appeared in the Pretoria Magistrates' court, where they abandoned their bail application.
They’re charged with pre-meditated murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances.

Speaking on the sidelines in court this morning, the leader of the Nigerian council, Nwobi Smart, reiterated that the issue of e-hailing drivers being targeted is not a matter of their nationality but rather an issue of rampant crime.
Isaac Satlat was a student completing his internship, and the vehicle he used for e-hailing services was a work colleague's car, which he had loaned to earn extra money.
Smart says the council is trying to raise funds to help Satlat's family send his body back to his home country of Nigeria, where his mother and two younger siblings are.
"The Nigerian ambassador to South Africa was here this morning, alongside with the diplomatic course this morning, I spoke to them, so what we are going to be doing, we are going to be raising funds, a donation. So, whoever cares to support a good cause should be able to be part of this donation."
Meanwhile, police are on the hunt for a fourth suspect believed to be involved in the crime.
