Mbali Nhlapo is a South African entrepreneur, businesswoman, and social media personality known for her cleaning business, Sisters @ Work.
After having been retrenched from her job at a furniture business, Nhlapo sat idle at home without employment for three weeks.
She then took up a job offer of cleaning someone's home in her community.
Fast-forward 10 years, she's still cleaning, but also using the power of social media to promote herself and the cleaning business she founded.

On her popular TikTok account, @mbalinhlapho7, she shares tips and hacks with her followers, from sneaker cleaning tips and tricks, to getting rid of stubborn stains in your favourite fabrics.
Her success as the 'Queen of CleanTok' has seen her garner a substantial following of over 131,000 followers on TikTok, significantly boosting her profile as a leader in the cleaning business.
Speaking to Stephen Grootes on The Money Show, Nhlapo says her success stems from the passion she has for her craft.
"You know what's satisfying, when you get into a room and the walls are dirty. When you're finished there, they're so nice and clean. That is satisfying. When the laundry is dirty, when you're finsiedh, it smalls fresh. That is so satisfying."

"I normally say I can train a housekeeper to be a thorough one, but I can't train a bad attitude. If you've got a bad attitude, there's nothing that I can do about it. If you're willing, I could definitely work with you."
